We install, commission and maintain air cooled and water cooled chiller plant, so that it still performs in year five.
A chiller is a known quantity. What decides whether a plant performs is everything around it: how it is sequenced, how the water is treated, how the condensers are kept clean, and whether anybody is logging what it does month to month.
Green Flash installs chilled water plant across Saudi Arabia and maintains it afterwards, which means we are still there when the operating cost shows up.
We select air cooled and water cooled units against the real load profile, and we consider the part load behaviour rather than just the peak rating.
We install primary and secondary pumping, headers, insulated distribution, balancing valves and the pressurisation set, and we build them to the drawing rather than to what fitted on the day.
We install the towers and condenser water circuits, and we set the water treatment regime that keeps the approach temperature where our selection assumed it would be.
We configure staging, set point strategy and BMS integration through Automated Logic, so the plant follows the building instead of reacting to it.
We attend on schedule with a written scope for every visit. Our team checks the compressors and refrigerant, inspects the electrical installation, verifies the controls and tests the safety devices, and signs off each one.
We manage chemical dosing, bleed control and sampling on the condenser and chilled water circuits. Untreated water is the most common reason a plant quietly loses capacity.
We clean coils and tubes on a defined interval, because a fouled condenser raises head pressure and you pay for that in energy long before a fault alarm appears.
We record flow, approach temperature, delta T and run hours at every visit, so you see a decline as a trend rather than discover it as a breakdown.
The chiller project for Military Industries Corporation, delivered as part of our mechanical scope.
More of our work is on the projects page.
Yes. We start with a condition survey and a performance baseline, then set the maintenance scope against what that survey finds rather than against a generic checklist.
Usually three things: a low delta T across the system, fouled condenser tubes, and control valves that never fully close. All three are found by measurement, not by replacing equipment.
Yes. Jeddah is our head office and we deliver and maintain plant across all regions of Saudi Arabia.
Often, yes. Sequencing, set point strategy, water treatment and cleaning recover a meaningful amount of capacity before any capital spend is justified.
Tell us what plant is installed and how the building runs. We will survey it, measure what it is actually doing, and put the options in writing.
