Green Flash is a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor with its head office in Jeddah and projects across every region of the Kingdom. Air conditioning is the largest part of what we build, and we carry it from the first heat load calculation through to the training session on handover day.
Most of the cost of a cooling system is not in the equipment. It is in whether the plant was sized for the building, whether the pipework was coordinated before it was installed, and whether anybody can prove it was tested. That is where our work concentrates.
We install air cooled and water cooled plant, primary and secondary pumping, cooling towers and full distribution to air handling and fan coil units. We cover this in detail on our chiller plant page.

We design and install fresh air handling, car park ventilation, kitchen extract, stairwell pressurisation and smoke extract to the Saudi Building Code, and Civil Defence witnesses the testing.
We integrate Automated Logic controls and building management, so the plant runs against the actual load instead of simply being switched on in the morning.
We run HAP calculations against the building envelope, occupancy, fresh air and solar gain. Sizing to a rule of thumb is how buildings end up with plant they never use and bills they cannot explain.
We run clash detection against structure, electrical and fire protection before anything is ordered, so our submittals are approved on the first pass rather than the fourth.
We pressure test, flush, and balance air and water, and we write the records as the work proceeds rather than reconstructing them at the end.
We hand over witnessed testing, as built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and training for the people who will actually run the system.

We size it from a heat load calculation for that specific building, never from an area rule of thumb. We hand over the calculation, its assumptions and its inputs along with the estimate.
