We design, install and commission addressable fire detection and notification, from the panel and the loop through to voice evacuation and automatic notification to Civil Defence.
Detection is the part of the system that decides whether everything else ever gets the chance to work. Green Flash designs and installs addressable fire alarm systems to NFPA 72 and the Saudi Building Code, and commissions them against a written cause and effect matrix rather than a walk around with a test gas can.
We are an authorised EDWARDS fire alarm distributor in the Kingdom. That means the panel arrives as specified, the warranty stays with the company that installed it, and parts and technical support sit in Saudi Arabia rather than on a lead time.
We install addressable control panels, loop cards, repeaters and network interfaces. Our team plans loop loading and cable routing so you can extend the system later without rebuilding it.
We select each detector for the room it protects. We use heat detectors where dust or fumes would cause weekly false alarms, high sensitivity smoke detection for clean rooms and data halls, flame detection where fast flaming fuels are stored, and beam detection across high spaces.
We install sounders, and strobes where the ambient noise makes a sounder useless. Where the occupancy requires it, we deliver voice evacuation with intelligible messaging in both English and Arabic.
We interface the system to dampers, air handling shutdown, lifts, door holders, suppression release and automatic notification to Civil Defence, and we prove every line of it at commissioning.
We calculate coverage per room against ceiling height and use, and we produce a device schedule and loop layout that a reviewer can follow straight back to the drawing.
We write the cause and effect matrix before installation rather than after. Our team maps every input to every output, agrees it with the consultant and the authority, and then uses it as the commissioning script.
We install and address the containment, cabling and devices, and we test loop integrity, earth faults and insulation before we energise the panel.
We test and log every device, prove the matrix against the mechanical and suppression systems, and hand over the as built loop drawings with the operation and maintenance file.
We have been an authorised EDWARDS fire alarm distributor in Saudi Arabia since February 2025, alongside our Toshiba and Midea distribution agreements. Specification is the easy half of a fire alarm package. Supply, installation and support is where projects are won or lost.
Our detection and alarm work forms part of pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial development and aircraft component facilities, across more than 21 major projects in the Kingdom. Because we also install the fire fighting and mechanical systems, our own team commissions the interfaces between them rather than leaving three contractors to argue over them.
Yes, in Saudi Arabia since February 2025. The equipment is supplied as specified, the warranty is intact because the company that supplied it also installed it, and parts and technical support are in the Kingdom.
Yes. We will survey what is installed, confirm what the existing loops can carry, and tell you honestly whether extending the system or replacing the panel is the better value over its remaining life.
Most false alarms come down to a detector type chosen from a price list rather than for the room. We find smoke detection in dusty or fume heavy areas is the usual culprit, and we fix it with heat or multi criteria detection in those zones.
Yes. Dampers, air handling shutdown, lift homing, door holders, suppression release and Civil Defence notification. The cause and effect matrix is written first and proven at commissioning.
Tell us the building use, the ceiling heights and whether voice evacuation is required. We will come back with a device schedule, a panel proposal and what approval will involve.
