Design and build of a new HVAC system for Pharma Care in Jeddah, delivered in 2026: chillers, air handling units, fans and ductwork.
Pharma Care manufactures pharmaceuticals in Jeddah. Green Flash took the HVAC package as design and build, which means we were responsible for the design decisions as well as the installation: chillers, air handling units, fans and the ductwork that connects them.
In pharmaceutical manufacturing the air system is not a comfort service. Temperature, humidity and air movement sit inside the conditions the product is made under, so the design has to be defensible and the installation has to match the design that was approved.
We supplied and installed the chillers and the distribution that carries cooling to the air handling units.
Air handling plant selected for the duty the facility actually needs, rather than from a catalogue line that is close enough.
Supply, extract and the pressure relationships between spaces, which is what keeps air moving the way a manufacturing environment requires.
Ductwork installed, supported and sealed to carry the design airflow, then balanced and recorded rather than assumed.
We size from a calculation against the building, the process and the occupancy, and we hand over the calculation with its assumptions.
Routes are coordinated against structure and the other services before anything is ordered, so submittals clear on the first pass rather than the fourth.
Air and water are balanced and the results recorded, because an unbalanced system meets its design on paper only.
As built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and training for the people who will actually run the plant.
A pharmaceutical facility is audited. That means the air system has to be documented to a standard a comfort cooling job never faces, and the records have to survive someone else reading them a year later.

We delivered the HVAC system for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, covering chillers, air handling, fans and ductwork, with the documentation that environment expects.
From a heat load calculation against that specific building and process, never from an area rule of thumb. The calculation is handed over with the estimate.
We run preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and keep the records in a form an auditor will accept.
